We Need to Start Talking about Block-Chain
Alright everyone it’s been a long time since I’ve updated Pennyroll.com and now’s the time to completely change directions. The world is changing right before our eyes and it’s changing very very fast! Please stick with me on this.
The topic that I want to discuss is blockchain technology because it’s here and it could have the potential to change the way we live.
If you’re unfamiliar with what blockchain is think Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin. If you haven’t heard of these yet, they are cryptocurrencies and they are really now starting to impact the world. In just over the last year Bitcoin has gone from about $600.00 per coin to $18,000 per coin. Over the course of 2018 these coins are likely to increase and possibly dramatically. I don’t think that it’s anywhere near too late.
I don’t have anything to sell you as always I simply want to inform you of what’s taking place right this moment. Blockchain technology was created for the sole purpose of decentralization. Right now everything in the world is centralized whether it be governments controlling currencies or corporation controlling information. If blockchain has the ability to do what is intended to do and all signs are looking like it will then we could in every sense of the word get our freedom back.
Now my point here is not to give you investment advice because there are at this point so many different blockchains that it’s important to do quality research before investing in any one of them. Bitcoin at 18,000 could be a bubble or it could be relatively cheap in the grand scheme of things. There are people that are suggesting that it could go to $60,000, $100,00 and even those that are predicting $1,000,000 as Bitcoin becomes an asset class even more than a technology.
Now this is meant to be an introduction and in the following days and weeks I will be adding lots of content and resources for you to learn more so please stay tuned and check back often.
We will be going over the exchanges, indexes, technologies and a whole bunch more.
See ya soon!
